Supreme Court Ruling on the Indefinite Detainment of Immigrants

On June 13th, the Supreme Court ruled that detained immigrants in the US are not entitled to bond hearings, meaning they could be detained indefinitely. At this time, the Court also ruled that if detainees want to argue their right to a bond hearing, they have to bring their cases up individually.
